Dancing Will Preserve Your Walking Ability
When I started my dance teacher career I was 24; most of the students were 70 +. I was surrounded by wisdom, life experience and tenacity. It was a treasured moment in my life, I am forever grateful for this experience.
I did learn, however, that movement , mental stimulation and a positive environment kept them young compared to the others, There is NO DOUBT that these factors contribute to the graceful aging process. I am again experiencing this first hand with a family member.
Conclusion: Dance, move, think right, breathe good thoughts, drink water, eat power food, stay positive, focus on the good, think for yourself, believe it's possible and listen to music, always........
