Drill The Basics.......Golf, baseball, cooking, singing, dancing or whatever your skill is; drill the basics. The basics are easy and doable. The basics are necessary and important. Our minds want to jump ahead and do "the next thing" prior to our bodies being ready. Perhaps we can learn to be OK with the basics. Rungo Dance Fit is a great opportunity to drill the basics; repeat and do it again and again.
In dance, shifting weight is a huge deal. We shift weight all the time; each time we take a step. It is REALLY that simple. Unfortunately, we judge ourselves for where we are in the process. Trust the process, find the right Pro and love yourself as you achieve BASIC greatness. You then can proceed to greatness in level 2, level 3 etc......Please, please give yourself a break and trust the basics.

Corinne Rungo - Me too, and I'm in the business. No wonder people are going bananas over this dancing stuff, it really does make us feel good.

Philip Voelkel - Good stuff - helps me - I always feel better after I go dancing. Sometimes I have to push myself to go but always glad I did!
